From Champion to Coach
A legendary career dedicated to developing golf excellence
Coach TJ is passionate about developing players for lifelong enjoyment of golf, all the way from 'New to play' to elite level. She grew up in Vancouver, BC, Canada as a multi-sport athlete, where her primary sports were ice hockey, field hockey and golf.
She played on 5 BC Teams (top 4) and placed 3rd (Bronze medal) in the inaugural 1978 Americas Cup. TJ played for Team Canada in 1983 (top 2) and had four wins and 4 runners-up for the University of Washington.
Coach TJ has played in 4 majors, including the 1986 US Open. Best ranking in Canada – 7th as a junior and 4th as an amateur. She's also one of 3 female professional golf club makers in North America, having made over 10,000 clubs herself.
After her competitive career, Coach TJ discovered her true passion: transforming young golfers into scholarship-ready athletes through her systematic approach to development.
